The British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has reported a recent incident in which members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) executed a mentally ill man in the Syrian northwestern city of Idlib, whom they accused of "blasphemy."
TEHRAN (FNA)- The so-called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorists executed a mentally ill person in Syria’s Idlib accusing him of "blasphemy".
An opposition watchdog reported the incident, saying the killed man was reportedly suffering from mental illness, AFP reported.
