b2ap3_thumbnail_Tani-Glenn-Logo.pngAs we watch and hear the news of the unspeakable events occurring on our southern border, with thousands of illegal immigrants flooding into the United States, we must remember and tend to our Border Patrol Agents who serve to protect out assets every day. Border Patrol Agents are some of the hardest working public servants who are committed to preserve our safety, yet they are some of the most compassionate people I have ever met. They are not immune to the extremely stressful circumstances that they are facing. When long hours, lack of sleep, high physical demands and exposure to human pain, suffering,  disease and death are smashed together in one event or series of events, it is expected that our Patrol Agents can and will be affected. They will need support. Please keep them in your thoughts and if you are a member of the law enforcement community, please reach out and offer peer support. Small gestures go a long way in big events.
