At a recent Homeland Security conference the acting director of the Office of Grants and Training told SSI President, Henry Morgenstern, that the Office was approving grants for such trips to Israel providing the First Responders are qualified. Daniel Wultz was one of the victims of the recent bombing near Tel Aviv's Old Central Bus Station. The 16 year old was described by Islamic Jihad, Al Aksa Martyrs/Hamas as "the best target combination we can dream of – American and Zionist," Abu Nasser, a leader of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, one of the groups responsible for the deadly blast, told WorldNetDaily.
