Homeland Security BOOST (Bulletin Of Open Source Threats)

SSI's new Intelligence service is designed to fill the gap in US intelligence capabilities by providing Federal, State and Local agencies with timely and very specific threat intelligence compiled by professional intelligence analysts from Jihadi Web sites and forums. Powered by Terrogence Ltd of Israel, formed by Veterans of Israel's military intelligence directorate, Terrogence Ltd provides SSI with realtime analysis of detailed threats. Using proprietary technologies and exceptionally qualifed translators and analysts, BOOST will provide detail on the following issues on an Eyes Only basis.

1. Terror Cell activity in the US and the Western world including groups operating and their training, acquisition of weapons information, allocation of funds, recruitment, methods of communication, and network behavior.


2. Threats to Aviation, land and marine transportation and specific threats about Point of Entries. Specific threats against public threats against Stadiums, large scale retail, sports and cultural events of all kinds.


3. Target Selection: specifics on this subject may include any or all of the following:


A. Target intelligence acquisition - tools, techniques, information sources and relevant signature activities
B. Known targets in the US or among US interests elsewhere
C. Known civilian targets in the Western World ( emphasis on Europe)
D. Methodology of target selection in the US and the rest of Western Europe

4. Technical capabilities of Terrorists

A. Current IED manufacturing capabilities including Kitchen Lap manufacturing
B. IED's and new manufacturing and materials information
C. Current CBRNE capabilities
D. Cyber Terror tactics and know how


5. Methods of Operation


A. Methods of attacking soft targets
B. Possible leakage of techniques developed in Iraq and Afghanistan into US mainland


6. Financial analysis as available
