Please note the following terms and conditions:

1. SSI will hold any of the following courses at your training facility or at your agency if you require this. There is a minimum of 10 attendees for any course and a minimum of 50 attendees for any seminar.
2. Registration and cancellation: Anyone canceling a course less than 15 days before commencement will be liable for 33% of the course cost as a non-refundable fee. Cancellations less than 5 days before the course are non-refundable but are transferable to another date.
