FBI warns about floating bombs

Supreme Court disagrees with the Administration on detention of terrorists

Jacob (Biko) Biran, a military Colonel and police Commander was the Head of the Joint Combat Operational Doctrine Department for the IDF's General Staff during his military service. He was the Head of the National Police Unit and Head of the Aviation department at National Police H.Q, where according to Israeli military sources he "wrote the book" on the use of the helicopter in counter-terrorism actions. He was instrumental in setting up Israel's law enforcement Aviation Unit. Today, he heads the Aviation Department of I.C.S.I. (Israel College of Security and Investigation) one of the know-how providers that SSI is proud to represent in the USA.
