Insurance companies to become an important part of
the war on terror

officials in the Bush administration are considering ways to use
the insurance industry as a free-market-friendly vehicle to drive
chemical facilities, food companies, utilities, and other
businesses to take greater precautions against terrorist attacks
without heavy-handed new regulations.
Security Officials suspect Bioterrorism
attack is near
French Interior Minister Dominique de Villepin has warned that
bio-terrorism could be the next stage in the evolution of
international terrorism. Mr. de Villepin spoke at a key
bio-terrorism conference in Lyon, France. Mr. de Villepin made a
call for greater international cooperation against bio-terrorism at
the meeting in Lyon, which gathers senior security officials and
terrorism experts from 150 countries.

IACP Show to take place in Miami in September
The most important gathering of Law Enforcement is
